At Dainty Personalized LLC, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible Items
- Non-personalized items (such as plain chains, non-custom accessories).
- Items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized/custom items (engraved, name necklaces, birthstones, rings with custom text, etc.), unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at offica@velcie.com.
