Order Processing  

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Personalized/custom items may require the full processing time due to the handcrafting process.

International Shipping 

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days.

• Other Regions: 10–25 business days.
  
  

Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Delivery Issues  

If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at offica@velcie.com. within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
